Just want to thank Fabrizio. I recently took his course on how to clean and restore a hacked WordPress site and it was instrumental in helping me to fix a severely hacked website. All of the lessons were laid out in a very clear and succinct manner with accompanying videos. I learned a great deal and by the end I had a much better understanding of maintaining and protecting my sites. Fabrizio saved me! well my business. After being hacked several ‘experts’ could not solve my issues and get our ecommerce sites working again. But he came in and searched deep into the code until he found the fix. Fabrizio Spanu is the best in what he does. He will always try to solve the problem with his out-of-box thought process. I was having a problem with a core product which I paid for its LTD, though the product does have any solution to my problem, he just jumped in resolving it with a 3rd party tool, that too for free of cost. He educated me on how to use it by spending an hour with me almost. What else can we expect from someone whom we never met before? I had an incredible experience when contracting Digitalfastmind. My client’s site had been hacked very badly, and even though I had a developer and my hosting company cleaning the malware and performing a few taks every day, they couldn’t break the “loop” so the site kept getting hacked for about 4 days and worse every day. I wonder if the hackers posted somewhere that there was a vulnerability as the attacks increased like crazy every day… This was until Fabrizio from Digitalfastmind got involved. I don’t think I’ve ever met someone like Fabrizio who treated my client’s business like it was his own. He made it his sole purpose to solve the problem. Fabrizio did what a few other people combined couldn’t do. He showed so much dedication and completely examined every file of a big website until he could destroy every trojan, malware and everything else. The hackers has built a whole fraudulent website within my client’s site… It was very bad, but Fabrizio completely destroyed them and made the site very secure! He even optimised the website and made it faster! I don’t think I’ve ever received such good customer service in business before.
